Permalink Reply by Jeff Head on December 24, 2009 at 2:15pm I support it on the state level, and i'll take that into consideration when I vote. BUT, ultimately it is up to individuals, We the people, to nullify this unacceptable constitutional violation. This challenge looks, at least on the surface from what I can tell, to by predicated upon Supreme Court decision. What if the SCOTUS rules in favor of individual mandates and all the other garbage??
It's not too far fetched to suppose that they would. Look at the Kilo eminent domain case. Look at Heller; it was only 5-4!
We must nullify this ourselves; if the state governments choose to follow our lead, so be it. If the SCOTUS rules correctly, so be it. If they don't so be it as well.
