STATE NULLFICIATION OF UNCONSTITUTIONAL HEALTH CARE INITIATIVES - LET'S ALL GET BEHIND THIS

There is a building State nullification effort directed at the unconstitutional Health Care initiative being rammed through Congress and sickenly sweetned with so-called sweetheart deals (read extortion) to get votes for it.

IMHO, we all MUST support this move and encourage our own states to join in this fray.

From the Governor of Georgia to his AG, "I respectfully request that you join your colleagues from Alabama, Colorado, Michigan, North Dakota, South Carolina, Texas and Washington state in investigating the constitutionality of these special exemptions in the health care legislation and explore the availability of any legal challenges that Georgia could pursue to oppose this unconscionable scenario."

Texas Governor, Rick Perry requests Alabma Govenor to Join in Effort

Contact your own state AG and Governor's office, and state legislature and let's get this ball rolling all over this nation.

Jeff,

Several legislators got together last month and supported an effort by Rep. Lynn Luker to write a bill that would give direction to the AG of Idaho to challenge in court the legality of nationalized health care based upon 10th amendment concerns and others. This bill will be introduced this next session. It would be helpful for legislators to hear from the people in the form of emails, letter, or phone calls to encourage us in this direction.

I feel that this is a critical area of concern and we must have the support of the people in order to get the AG and governor on board.

You can contact legislators by going to the legislative website and follow the link 'Contact Legislators"

I caonly hope that NY will do something, I will send in a letter, but I doubt that Schumer and Gillibrand will allow such a move. They are socialists in the biggest way I have ever seen.

merry Christmas to Jeff and to all Patriots!

This is the only way, for now, that we can successfully combat the efforts of the Facists that are trying to ruin this country, We have been highjacked and need to do anything and everything in our power to stop these jacklegs.
check out the campaign for liberty..they have groups for almost every state for nullification.

I support it on the state level, and i'll take that into consideration when I vote. BUT, ultimately it is up to individuals, We the people, to nullify this unacceptable constitutional violation. This challenge looks, at least on the surface from what I can tell, to by predicated upon Supreme Court decision. What if the SCOTUS rules in favor of individual mandates and all the other garbage??

It's not too far fetched to suppose that they would. Look at the Kilo eminent domain case. Look at Heller; it was only 5-4!

We must nullify this ourselves; if the state governments choose to follow our lead, so be it. If the SCOTUS rules correctly, so be it. If they don't so be it as well.
Amen and amen! And that is exactly what this effort is about. But the states do have power...and it is time that they too exerted it on behalf of the constitution.

What is hard about saying, "Hell, No!"
PA has both a bill and an Amendment introduced to stop it. OK has an Amendment intorduced. You guys need to catch up, lazy butts... ;-)
That is why in PA we were not worried about the health insurance bill.
Saying Hell No sounds easy, but if you think it is, you are doomed to fail. Freedom requires sacrifice and lots of hard work. You country needs your time, effort, and your money. Just do not give it to a party, they both suck.

Well, the States are a BIG part and I know there are many rising up against this monstrocity and blatant attempt to subvert our nation and trample our constitution.

We too must do our part, which is what our effort here is all about.

Tell your friends. Ask if they are looking for vetted, constitutional candidates, who are sworn to preserve, protect, defend and bear true faith and allegiance to the constitution...who are sworn to fundamental conservatve constitutional principles as the guiding light for their candidacy and office?

Here are 21 Candidates from 16 states all over the country, all of whom have taken an oath to preserve the constitution and who have sworn to support twelve fundamental constitutional principles before their run for office, to Restore the Constitution, and to see those principles established and/or maintained in law if elected.

The number of citizens and candidates involved in this effort is growing rapidly. Have friends and relatives oin with us.

Not a political party, not a PAC...just everyday normal American citizens all over the country insisting on a return to fundamental constitutional principle and a restoration of the constitution as the principle focus for voting and any political discourse in our nation.

This is the way to go!
