Petition for Constitutional Restoration in the US

The following petition, which is also available on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=110770273356, is meant to be delivered to Washington DC, Congress and the White House, when we reach the 250,000 signature mark.  By joining this organization,  IAM-CR, Restore the Constitution, you also affix your name to this petition:

"We, the People of the United States, who are the source of authority for, & existence of the Federal Government, do hereby petition & demand that all Federal officials, elected & appointed, review their Oaths of Office which they freely & solemnly swore to or affirmed, without mental reservation or purpose of evasion, to support & defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign & domestic and bear true faith & allegiance to the same.

"We petition & demand these Federal officials who have taken this oath, who are agents of We, the People, to cease all activities which contravene the clear language of the Constitution, the supreme law of the Land, & specific grant of authority from the People. We petition & demand that these officials perform only the limited activities of government enumerated within the Constitution.

"We, the People of these United States, therefore do hereby demand & require that all Federal Employees, elected or appointed, cease all activities which are not specifically authorized within the Constitution as specified in the 10th Amendment.

"We hereby inform our agents of our intent to restore the Constitution to its rightful place as the supreme law of the land, either through their vote in accordance with these demands, or through our own efforts, pointing to the circumstances whereby this nation was formed when the government of that day overstepped the bounds established by nature & nature's God. We solemnly inform all Federal officials that We, the People will see misfeasance, malfeasance, outright corruption & usurpation of the Constitution punished appropriately.

"We, the undersigned People of the United States of America, & members of this Petition Group do solemnly & firmly commit ourselves to Constitutional Restoration in these United States according to the sentiments, statements, petition, & demands enumerated herein. We pledge ourselves, our lives, our fortunes, our sacred honor, & our all to that endeavor, so help us God."
